Intro

Ronin aims to provide you a more comfortable and safe Tech equipment. We provide a 12-months warranty for your Ronin accessory or item. This means that during 12-months from the date of the purchase we are responsible for its free of charge repair, maintenance or sometime replacement in the event of its defect or malfunction.

Please refer to the tab of the Warranty Timelines for more information.

Please note that although the standard product warranty is for 12-months but the exact warranty time that will be followed is mentioned on the item's invoice or product warranty card.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
  • Any Part of the product is broken or shows evidence of tampering.
  • Products that are caused by the human error.
  • The average warranty claim processing time is 14 working days.
  • Shipping fees to return the warranty item(s) to our service center and to resend a replacement will be covered by buyer both ways.
  • Accidents, Lightning Strikes, water hazards, fire hazards, public Disturbances, Improper ventilation, voltage fluctuationsOr any cause beyond the control of Ronin Charger
  • USB port/charging port loose, broken, damage or defective.
  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Ronin.
  • Items that have expired their warranty period.
  • Damage from misuse of products (Such as; falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly etc.)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

Process

 
Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
 
 
The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
 
 
It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
 
 
For defective items that Ronin needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to Ronin or if the defective item is not returned.

Shipping

  • To get your product repaired, you should mail your product to: Office # 204 & 205, 2nd floor, Hashmi electronic Centre, Near Hashoo Centre , Saddar mobile market, Karachi
  • Shipping cost must be covered by the seller in order to ship product for repairs to our service center
  • However, if you wish to replace an item which arrived faulty or was sent incorrectly then we will cover all shipping costs for you. The shipping package is still to be created by the buyer.
  • If you are shipping an expensive item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • When returning items for claim issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Ronin does not provide refunds for items damaged in transit for warranty claims.

Making a Claim under the Warranty

  • If all the conditions to qualify for coverage are satisfied, call the customer services department at +92 21 32750112or email support@ronin.pk within 15 days of the occurrence. Please be prepared to have your order number, product serial number, receipt, photograph of the damaged electronic item and any other relevant documentation ready when contacting the Ronin customer services department.
  • Prepare a return & shipping package to our warranty claim center through delivery or courier service within 15 days of contacting the claim center.
  • All costs of shipping the Ronin goods and the damaged equipment to Ronin for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser.
  • Ronin will examine the returned Electronic Item and its condition and look for evidence of manufacturing defects (such as defective parts, circuit failure, etc.) If there is evidence of manufacturingdefects, then Roninwillrepair or replace, at its discretion,free of charge. If there is no evidence of manufacturing defects in the equipment, then Ronin will reject your claim.
  • If your product does not matches with the warranty criteria listed above and you still wish to get the product repaired from our authorized claim and service center, Ronin reserves the right to negotiate the cost of repairs.
  • The mode and terms of payments are to be discussed in consensus.
No, Brand will not accept any return after the purchase is made.
  • A counter claim is to be generated if the product is purchased physically from a store or Ronin authorized seller
If the product was purchased online via Ronin official website or any other authorized sellers; a request to replace faulty items can be raised with these simple steps:
  • Instantly, take pictures showcasing the faulty product with the product box attached
  • WhatsApp us at +92 300 8525738 or email us at support@ronin.pk (Attach order ID, Purchase Date, Shipped Date and reason for counter claim)
  • Fill in the details and request a replacement
Note:Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will have to be shipped by the buyer after which you will get a replacement or refund.
  • You can request the items to be replaced by sending us a proof of video showcasing the item tampered.
